Coming to a new church for the first time is a big decision and we want to make this experience incredible for you and your family. Our Plan Your Visit system allows you to schedule your visit, meet a host from our team, and learn more about our church as you arrive. Here’s what Sunday mornings look like at Mount Joy Mennonite Church:

9:00am     Worship gathering (also livestreaming at mjmc_tube)
10:15am   Hot drinks in the lobby
10:30am   Next Steps groups/equipping classes for children, youth, and adults

Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We wear everything from jeans and flip flops to dresses or the occasional jacket and tie. When you arrive, a friendly person will greet you at the door. Let that person know you’re new, and you’ll be directed to the Welcome Center desk to receive a small gift and help with figuring out where things are.

Got kids? Our nursery and toddler care rooms are staffed by loving, background-checked people committed to providing great care for small children throughout the morning. Children under three are welcome in these rooms while you attend the worship gathering, and then enjoy a Next Steps class designed just for them from 10:30–11:30am. Children four years and older join us in the worship service at 9:00am, and then attend age-appropriate Next Steps classes from 10:30am—11:30am. We have classes for adults, too.
